Lecithin contained in breast milk is the source of polyunsaturated fatty acids to include DHA, arachidonic acid, and EPA essential for infant growths. Brains of fetus and newborn baby undergo rapid growth between 20th weeks of pregnancy and age of 1, and DHA and arachidonic acid are among many compounds obtained from diet required for proper brain growth.

Polyunsaturated fatty acids are needed for the growth of brain and retinal cell, and it is reported that such polyunsaturated fatty acids are more easily absorbed and delivered in the body when consumed with lecithin. Also, we blend our lecithin with PC (Phosphatidylcholine), PS (Phosphatidylserine), PE (Phosphatidylethanolamine), and PI (Phosphatidylinositol), which act as bioactive substances in nervous tissues, to make it only better.
