Quality control technology

GoshenBiotech follows internal guidelines much stricter than those of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, Korea (MFDS) to monitor the quality of our products.
We only use ingredients, such as eggs and milks, obtained from healthy environment and are above the grade set by our strict regulations. Such efforts guarantee quality of our products and allow consumers to find safer and healthier foods.

Phospholipid manufacturing technology

GoshenBiotech possess state-of-art techniques to manufacture different purity of egg lecithin, fatty acid containing lecithin, hydrogenated lecithin, and lyso-typed lecithin. We also have techniques to extract lecithin from not only egg yolk, but also milk and soybeans.

Supercritical fluid technology

GoshenBiotech developed supercritical fluid technique optimized for lecithin, which allows for extraction and production of high-purity lecithin in environment-friendly manner.
