Since its establishment in 2002, GoshenBiotech Research Institute is recognized for its excellence and dedication in development of lecithin-derived ingredients and products. We took parts in many R&D projects, including our collaboration with government, based on lecithin manufacturing and analyzing technologies that are best in the nation.

Currently, we carry out research to study efficacy of lecithin extracted from eggs, milk, and soybeans as well as peptide ingredients derived from proteins of egg yolks.
